You will manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer value and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Pipeline Growth
- Drive new business acquisition across the U.S. SaaS market
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
Client Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Identify client needs and provide tailored, consultative solutions
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and customized proposals
Strategy & Market Execution
- Execute go-to-market strategies across assigned territories or segments
- Identify market opportunities and share insights on trends
- Collaborate with marketing teams on outbound campaigns and lead generation
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and retention
- Provide feedback to Product teams to enhance offerings
- Work closely with Sales leadership on forecasting and planning
Sales Operations
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management
- Provide consistent sales forecasts and performance reports
- Leverage data to improve conversion rates and deal velocity
Qualifications
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience in the U.S. market
- Proven track record of exceeding B2B sales quotas
- Strong experience managing full-cycle SaaS sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
