Job Description:
Attention to detail – spotting gaps, inconsistencies, and edge cases in requirements.
• Technical proficiency – working knowledge of SQL, APIs, databases, and integrations.
• Requirements management – documenting clear, testable, and prioritized requirements.
• Strong communication skills – translating technical concepts into business language (and vice versa).
• Active listening – understanding real business needs beyond stated requests.
• Analytical mindset – ability to break down complex problems logically.
• Collaboration – working closely with developers, testers, and product owners.
• Curiosity & continuous learning – keeping up with tools, tech, and industry trends.

1. ADO experience - JIRA OK

Compensation: $45.00 per hour
