Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manager of Print Operations to lead production at our St. George facility. This leadership role requires strong expertise in digital wide-format printing combined with proven supervisory skills. The Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality output, and drive efficiency across the print team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily print department operations, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot wide-format digital print equipment.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of print operators.
- Manage scheduling, production planning, and resource allocation.
- Enforce high standards of quality, safety, and accuracy.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve processes, productivity, and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in wide-format digital printing operations.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Hands-on technical expertise with advanced print equipment.
