Job description:

The below statements are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing of all responsibilities, duties, and/or skills required. Other duties may be assigned.
 Under direction of the Director, HR Systems Development and Analytics, coordinates or implements several small or medium-sized projects, or components of a larger project.
Manages the team's mailboxes and provides general customer service support to various stakeholders requesting assistance from the team.
 Refines and improves project management process; identifies patterns/trends in issues across multiple projects; and develops longer-term, systematic solutions to address them. Research issues and makes recommendations for improvement to Director and Deputy Chief, Employee Services. Builds relationships and liaises with various internal departments to help drive collaboration and project success; and interacts with and responds effectively to urgent requests from multiple internal and external DCPS stakeholders.
 Follows a strategic plan for long-term use of QuickBase as an application to meet human resources needs within DCPS (e.g., tools that allow employees to request an approved leave of absence or complete a performance assessment cycle); assists in creating and maintaining such applications; and supports all users. Supports and maintains TSHO, a Salesforce application and DCPS’s selection, hiring, and onboarding platform (applicant tracking system) for school-based and central office staff. Works with all relevant teams to ensure proper and coordinated use of TSHO. Assists the team in tracking and implementing the changes that need to be made to TSHO to accommodate changing policies and processes throughout the year.
Keeps all relevant teams up to date on changes that affect their work and the functionality of TSHO. Assists the team in performing data uploads and downloads from TSHO. Set up visual flows, dashboards, reports, and Lightning email templates in Salesforce. Develops Visualforce pages, Apex classes, and Lightning components. Integrate Salesforce with other applications using SOAP, REST, and BULK APIs. As required, serves as a backup to the data management function, to produce human capital data reports of varying complexity for DCPS stakeholders, and to complete data analysis for pressing human capital issues.

Compensation: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
