Job Description:

The client is looking for a Health and Human Services Project Manager for its program.

Responsibilities:

· Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex, and inter-related project tasks.

· Manages teams of contract Support Personnel at multiple locations.

· Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization.

· Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items. Ensures conformance with program task schedules and costs.

Skills:

· Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). Required

· Professional Scrum Master (PSM). Required

· Project Management Professional (PMP). Required

· Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience. Required

· Experience working in the Health and Human Services industry. 16 Years Required

· Demonstrated ability to develop mid to long-range implementation and/or enhancement plans. 10 Years Required

· Knowledge of District of Columbia health and human services programs and policies. 5 Years Required

· Experience working in a professional setting including consulting, project management, and/or change management. 10 Years Required

· Experience utilizing industry-standard project management tools. 10 Years Required

· Experience with stakeholder management. 6 Years Required

· Experience driving and reporting on the complete lifecycle of a project (particular reference to IT and Healthcare). 10 Years Required

· Experience defining and implementing business process flows. 10 Years Required

· Experience in requirements gathering, (a particular reference to business/program requirements for an SDLC). 10 Years Required

· Progressive consulting leadership role, providing full lifecycle services in an enterprise environment. 16 Years Required

· Managing, coordinating, and establishing priorities for the entire project lifecycle 16 Years

· Master’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience. Required

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $80.00 per hour
