A client is looking for a General Clerk II

Complete Description: 
General Clerks needed to provide comprehensive clerical support to the Office of Pay and Retirement Services to digitize hard copy records and files that will enhance organizational efficiency and productivity.
·         Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
·         Assist in organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files.
·         Destruction of files once converted to electronic format.
·         Ensure confidentiality and security of all information.
·         Always adhere to District policies and procedures.
 
Skills:
·         Professional work experience in office settings. Required 1 Year
·         Data Entry experience. Required 1 Year
·         Ability to work independently or with minimum supervision. Required
·         Ability to follow instructions and guidelines. Required
·         Intermediate computer skills. Required
·         Experience using Kwik Tag. Required
·         High School Diploma. Required
Compensation: $17.00 per hour
