*16+ yrs. in progressive consulting leadership role, providing full lifecycle services in enterprise environment
*16+ yrs. managing, coordinating, and establishing priorities for entire project lifecycle
*Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
*Expert-level experience in QuickBase design and development
*Experience solving business and technical problems independently, creating innovative solutions
*Experience with the implementation and use of case management systems
*Experience designing, building and maintaining QuickBase application for agency(s) within the District of Columbia government realm/OCTO
